On Saturday, I eagerly drove to Los Angeles to see Portugal. The Man live, acoustic AND FREE! Who put on this amazing event? Poketo and Kitsune Noir. Poketo is a really cool company that has really great stuff on their website…art, accessories, stationary, it’s a really great collection of stuff I have been drooling over… Poketo’s HQ in downtown Los Angeles holds bi-monthly art shows, performances, and other happenings. (For instance the art show “Los Angeles… I’m Yours,” that has been going on and featured some of John Gourley and Austin Sellers’ work which was great to see after their performace, as well as a bunch of other great artists that took recycled and found materials and made them something brand new and fun to look at )

They’ve got some amazing cameras for you lomography fans, tote bags made out of suits, stuff for your apartment, super cute shirts and much more. I’ll definitely be buying their stuff whenever possible. They’re a really intimate company and that really adds to the great atmosphere. Why are you still reading this? I said go!
